Cyanna Mercury w/ Angry Boy Jester at Death Disco
On May 26th Cyanna Mercury will go on stage at Death Disco for a full show. Special guests and Athens newcomers Angry Boy Jester will also be there to fire things up.

Cyanna Mercury is a rock band from Athens Greece, formed in 2014. The quintet introduced itself live for the first time in Corsica, in March 2014, performing for French TV show Mezzo Voce TV. The first release for Cyanna Mercury came out in June 2014, a double A side single, “Ode To The Absent Father”, featuring the title track and “Dirty Things”. The first physical release came out in March 2015, “Dirty Things EP”, a limited edition cassette tape featuring both songs of the 2014 single, plus an acoustic version of “Dirty Things” and a live recording of “The Four Horsemen”, cover to the Aphrodite’s Child classic. During 2015, the band shared stage with Editors, The Raveonettes, Sonic Jesus and The Myrrors. The band is currently in the process of releasing debut album “Archetypes”.

Angry Boy Jester
Angry Boy Jester is a new rock band coming to take the city by storm. The Saint (Guitar/Vocals), Rendezvous Boy (Guitar/Vocals), Sonic Waste (Bass), Gus Boggar (Guitar/Effects), Nues (Drums).
This is a new project by members of local Athens bands like Semen Of The Sun, Yellow Devil Sauce & Chickn, and the sound is a blend of power pop, garage and alternative, or like they like to call it, supersonic pop n’ roll.
